Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 60-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and that the course still did not work for you. Please note, if you select the multiple payment option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted.

Termination and Access Restriction
No Joint Venture or Other Relationship
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the Company as a result of this agreement or use of the Website. The Company’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the Company’s right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Website or information provided to or gathered by the Company with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Additional Terms for Coaching Clients and Agency Services Clients
The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching, mentoring, consulting, and agency services provided by Social Savvy Geek LLC to any individual or organization (“the client”) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by Social Savvy Geek for the client. The term ‘coaching’ covers marketing coaching, executive coaching, and business coaching for clients and where applicable includes mentoring or supervision services provided for clients, coaches, or others. Where Laura Pence Atencio is mentioned, it also covers Social Savvy Geek LLC.
(a) Coaching & Consulting is not psychological counseling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such.
(b) In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Laura Pence Atencio and Social Savvy Geek LLC agrees to provide the service as described below and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).
(c) The date that the first coaching session takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the service. Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client will be required to sign a contract with Social Savvy Geek LLC at the commencement of coaching.
Responsibility & Commitment
Social Savvy Geek LLC will seek to enable the client to set and achieve goals that will help to bring about desired outcomes for the client. The client has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make following coaching OR CONSULTING with Social Savvy Geek. Social Savvy Geek accepts no liability for the client’s actions. Laura Pence Atencio and Social Savvy Geek LLC are not liable for any business or personal losses.
Fees & Payment
Social Savvy Geek LLC accepts payment via Stripe or PayPal with all major credit or debit cards. All payments are to be made via my online scheduling software or client portal when you place your order.
All fees will be stated unless a customized package is created for the client. In this event, fees will be agreed upon and stated in the contract.
(a) Client agrees to pay fees to the Company according to the payment schedule set forth on Company’s website, or otherwise provided to Client, and the payment plan selected by Client (the “Fee”).
(b) Company shall charge a 5% (five percent) late fee on all outstanding balances not paid by the date or dates as agreed between the parties.
(a) Upon execution of this Agreement, Client agrees to pay to Company the full amount of the Fee.
(b) If client cancels attendance at, or participation in, the Program for any reason whatsoever, Client will not be entitled to receive a refund, except where Company’s statutory obligations mean that Client is entitled to either a full or partial refund.
(c) If Company is unable to render a portion of the Program as agreed and no suitable rescheduling is able to be arranged then a refund for that portion only of the Program will be made to Client.
Chargebacks & Payment Security
(a) To the extent that Client provides Company with credit card(s) information for payment on Client’s account, Company shall be authorized to charge Client’s credit card(s) for any unpaid charges on the dates agreed.
(b) If Client uses a multiple-payment plan to make payments to Company, Company shall be authorized to make all charges at the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. Client shall not make any chargebacks to Company’s account or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without Company’s prior written consent.
(c) Client is responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated therewith. Client shall not change any of the credit card information provided to Company without notifying Company in advance.
(a) I accept your order when you complete the online order form and make your payment. Your payment creates a legally binding contract between you and me.
(b) Right to service. You have 6-months or 185 days (whichever is shortest) from the date of purchase to redeem your marketing services and/or coaching package. After 6-months or 185 days, I reserve the right to decline your project and/or coaching package, and no refund will be provided.
(c) Responsibilities. You are responsible for providing any materials and information I will need to create marketing collateral for you. Likewise, you are responsible for attending appointments as outlined in the service description. It is my duty to do a job for you, but it is your duty to ensure that I have what I need to provide the best possible service.
(d) Delivery. Social Savvy Geek will deliver your collateral at your chosen delivery appointment time. At the END of our call, Social Savvy Geek will share all marketing documents with you. Collateral will not be delivered if there are any outstanding payments due. If you have any questions after delivery of your collateral, email [email protected].
(e) Copyright. I retain the copyright to all collateral until I have shared the documents with you. Once shared, the copyright transfers to you.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Sessions
(a) If the client needs to reschedule a session, they should provide at least 48 hours’ notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused sessions unless 48 hours’ notice has been given. In exceptional circumstances Laura Pence Atencio and Social Savvy Geek LLC may need to reschedule a coaching session; in these circumstances, Laura Pence Atencio and Social Savvy Geek LLC will use reasonable endeavors to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative appointment the client.
(b) In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behavior by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Laura Pence Atencio and Social Savvy Geek LLC can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the client. In such a circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Laura Pence Atencio and Social Savvy Geek LLC where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.
(c) There may be occasions when Social Savvy Geek LLC may recommend to the client that they seek an alternative service more suited to their current needs. In this event, Social Savvy Geek LLC will fully discuss the reasons for the recommendation with the client. It is the client’s sole responsibility to decide whether to follow the recommendation and Laura Pence Atencio and Social Savvy Geek LLC does not accept any liability for the outcome of any decisions the client chooses to make.
Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered By You
Social Savvy Geek is not liable for any business losses. I draft copy and create marketing collateral based on information provided by you. The company will not be responsible for any business related losses or liabilities arising out of inaccuracies in any materials prepared for you, your use of marketing collateral, or implementation of your strategy.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Website is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Company encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
