Definitely! We accesses your social accounts, but you will maintain full control of your accounts at all times. All content which we create on your behalf becomes your property and you retain all rights to it.
How do you know what to post on my accounts?
When you sign-up for our service you will immediately receive a questionnaire to help us get to know you, your brand voice, and what sets you apart from other businesses like yours. We use this information and any prior posts you have published to tailor posts to sound just like you. You will have the opportunity to review our work with your account manager prior to publish to make sure we are on the same page. We will continue to work with you to improve the performance of your accounts over time. The more data we have to work with... the better we can anticipate which content your people love and respond to!
What if I don't have a Twitter account?
We will set one up for you at no extra cost. We highly recommend using Twitter and if you decide you don't want an account it does not change the cost of service.
Do I have to have Facebook advertising?
While Facebook does not charge you to have a business page or to post to it, they have a pay-to-play model. Basically, when you give Facebook money they will give your business page preferential treatment on your follower's timeline. Our goal for your social media is for you to be as successful as possible and for that to be accomplished you need Facebook advertising.
How can I participate in posting?
We love when our business owners contribute by posting. We will provide you with information on how you can be a part of your social media posting including ideas on what to post, what to say, and how we can work together.
I need to approve posts before they go out for compliance. Can I do that?
Yes! Yes, you can. We can provide dashboard access to you or your compliance officer. Since we provide the core of your social campaigns, we schedule posts out a full month in advance, so you will have plenty of time to review them and edit as needed for compliance.
Do you offer a more custom social media experience?
Absolutely! We would gladly talk with you about what extra custom experiences we can provide to your social media. We have a full service digital marketing agency that can aid with whatever you are looking to do with your social media.

After the 90 day minimum is met you may cancel at any time by submitting your 30 days notice by email to [email protected] It's as easy as that.
