Gene Davis earned a degree in Business Administration and received his InBound Marketing Certification through HubSpot. While accumulating over 5 years marketing experience he has worked as a Marketing Communications Team Leader at MasterCard, where he served as the point of contact for all issues related to brand management raised on multiple social media platforms. As a Sr. Quality Assurance Coordinator Gene mastered the art and science of ensuring all marketing strategies are executed and compliant. He consistently worked directly with both internal departments and the Department of Justice to ensure all communications with clients were accurate and timely. He has created a database for the Marketing department for frequently askedquestions, to ensure consistent messaging is provided to all clients. Gene adeptly works with multiple departments simultaneously to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. He is our go-to person for developing marketing programs which motivate action and increase positive consumer responses.

Kelly Atkinson is an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Virtual Assistant with a strong background in the Finance industry. She has professional experience as a Client Service Coordinator for a highly successful team of financial advisors, in addition to her years as a specialist in general administrative services. In these capacities she handled all aspects of client relations including: setting appointments, keeping advisors calendar, troubleshooting, setting and hosting marketing events, completing or proofreading transactional paperwork , tracking and reporting advisor performance, performing biannual assessments, filing, and many other tasks associated with running a successful practice.
Technical Writer, Grant Writer, Copy Editor, and Voiceover
Clifford Pence holds an AB in Government from the College of William and Mary and an MS in Communications from Temple University, where he held a teaching assistantship before joining the faculty.
Subsequently, he returned to William and Mary, where he taught Broadcasting courses and also administered the College’s closed-circuit and Television Services operations.
Mr. Pence left academia to join the staff of the Center for Excellence, a not-for-profit educational telecommunications start-up in Williamsburg, Virginia, as its first Director of Telecommunications Support Services. His areas of responsibility included both HR functions and day-to-day financial operations (payroll, procurement, disbursements and financial reporting). In addition, he was the primary writer/editor for new grant proposals, several of which were funded by the U.S. Department of Education and the Virginia Department of Education.
Most recently, he has retired from a twenty-five-year career in the Industrial Gases industry and returned to his writing/editing roots.
