I recently completed a short, three seminar series for the Virginia Department of Business Assistance. I gave an intermediate level social media presentation to a group in the travel and tourism industry that was held in conjunction with the Fauquier County Department of Economic Development. Fauquier County is gorgeous and the Inn at Vint Hill is a wonderful venue for an event!

Hi Tony!
Thank you. Most of the people in the audience were intermediate level social media users. There was one attendee who was only at a beginner level, but she still felt as though she learned some useful information. It was a three hour interactive workshop, so first I went through the slide deck and then I answered questions and worked through some examples from the audience. As for confidence to get started… I told them that if they were working on social media and got stuck on a problem for more than ten minutes that they should email me for help. I’m happy to answer questions. Plus, as I told them, if I get the same question a few times then I know that I should write a blog article about it!
